PreviewYourSite respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors to do the same. Our tool, guides, and site content on previewyoursite.online are our original work, or are used with permission or under licence. Our preview tool displays third-party websites inside frames purely so you can check how they look on different screen sizes; those websites and everything in them remain the property of their owners, and previewing a site here creates no claim over it. If you believe that material on this site infringes your copyright, please tell us and we will act promptly.
To file a copyright takedown notice, email contact@previewyoursite.online with the subject line “Copyright Notice” and include ALL of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (title, description, and a link or registration details where available).
- The exact URL on previewyoursite.online where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
Your notice must also include your physical or electronic signature. Incomplete notices may be delayed or cannot be processed.
What happens next: we review every complete notice promptly. If it is valid, we will remove or disable access to the material in question. Please note that knowingly misrepresenting material as infringing can carry legal liability — send a notice only if you genuinely hold or represent the rights.
Counter-notice: if your material was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, email contact@previewyoursite.online with your name, address, and phone number, identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you are located, and your signature. We will forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the complainant notifies us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers: it is our policy to block or terminate, in appropriate circumstances, any contributor or account that repeatedly infringes copyright.
